Shopora – Shipping Policy

At Shopora, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Orders will be delivered to the same shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Shopora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers are responsible for tracking their own orders.

    Delivery Issues

    Shopora is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

    • Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions

    • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen

    If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
